We accept Returns up to 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds for items for undamaged items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, less shipping and delivery charges.


To initiate a return, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, then mail or ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Doorbuster items
  • Black Friday Items 
  • Items manufactured by Zentique
  • Special Order Items


    Inspect items upon on delivery, if you notice any kind of damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us immediately using the contact details below so we can process your claim.
