RETURN POLICY

Thanks for stopping by! We hope you are happy with your purchase as we aim to please every customer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We accept Returns up to 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds for items for undamaged items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, less shipping and delivery charges.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at support@furnitureroyalty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, then mail or ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Doorbuster items
  • Black Friday Items 
  • Items manufactured by Zentique
  • Special Order Items

    DAMAGED SHIPMENT

    Inspect items upon on delivery, if you notice any kind of damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us immediately using the contact details below so we can process your claim.

    Please Note

    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns.
    • Shipping charges, often included in the sale price, are non-refundable
    • Customer pays for return shipping.
    • Items must be in new and unused condition.
    • Items must not be assembled or modified 
    • Items must be returned in original packaging and accessories
