Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer FREE Shipping and Curbside Delivery on all orders. Orders placed using this option will be delivered in your driveway or just outside the entrance of your home.

Inside Entrance - Items are delivered in the immediate entryway of your home on the ground level. If you're located in an upstairs apartment you'll need to select Room of Choice Delivery for heavy and bulky items (orders transported by freight truck).

Room of Choice - Items are delivered to any room of your choice including upstairs.

White Glove - Includes delivery in the room of your choice, assembly and package removal

Upon checkout you can select the delivery option that best fits your need.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order with us you will receive an “order confirmation” email. If your order is in stock we will process and ship it within 2-5 days. If your item is unavailable or back ordered, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouses you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking information 6 days after placing your order please send us an email at: support@furnitureroyalty.com. You can also track your order here

Estimated Delivery

Your order will be delivered 7-14 days after your order has been processed.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing the order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Orders by freight (large products such as sofas) must be inspected and signed for upon receipt
  • A person over the age of 18 must be available to sign for freight deliveries
  • We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note such as "Damaged on arrival" when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@furnitureroyalty.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
